To attend the event for free, you must complete online registration in advance on the website metallurgy-russia.ru, register and print your personal electronic visitor ticket.

Entry of motorcycles, mopeds, taxis, as well as cars rented via car-sharing systems is prohibited.

Parking on the territory of the Timiryazev Center is paid — the price is  given in the technical service (Form 8 — Technical Guide). Night parking without official permission is prohibited and may result in a fine. Free guest parking is available for exhibition visitors on the opposite side of the main entrance to the exhibition center.

Free guest parking works from 08:00 to 20:00. For visitors, free guest parking is available on the opposite side of the main entrance to the exhibition center.

The office of the organizers, Expo Fusion LLC, is located in the Vavilov exhibition hall, stand 1B51.

If payment is not provided on time, neither your company nor the construction company for your stand will be allowed access to the exhibition complex for stand installation.

Original copies of Application forms in two copies and technical guide forms must be handed over to the managers you have been communicating with, at the organizer’s office (Vavilov Hall, stand 1B51).

Invoices can be obtained at the organizer’s office (Vavilov pavilion, stand 1B51).

The company director must personally come to the organizer’s office with the company stamp to sign the documents. Alternatively, provide a power of attorney for the company representative (two copies, on standard form — Form 1), including a sample signature and company round stamp. If no power of attorney is provided, the acts are given to company representatives for signing by management, after which organizers issue the closing financial documents.

Participants can have their business trip certificates stamped at the organizer’s office (Vavilov pavilion, stand 1B51).

Visitors can have their business trip certificates stamped at the registration zone with representatives of the Timiryazev Center.

Mounting starts from May 31 to June 2, 2025, from 08:00 to 20:00.

Dismantling runs:

  • June 5, 2025 from 17:00 to 20:00;
  • June 5, 2025 from 17:00 to 20:00;

Vehicle access is permitted:

  • During the event: from 08:00 to 09:30 and from 18:15 to 19:30 for delivery of exhibits, equipment and materials.
  • During setup/dismantling: from 08:00 to 19:30 only for loading/unloading purposes.

Prohibited vehicles: motorcycles, mopeds, taxis, and cars rented via car-sharing systems.

Exhibitors are offered free daytime and paid nighttime parking for vehicles up to 10 tons on guest parking located on the opposite side of the main entrance to the exhibition center.

The pass must include:

  • Specialist’s full name,
  • Name of the construction company.

Passes in Contractor Office are issued by:

  • the contractor,
  • the exhibitor,
  • or an accredited contractor.

The stand will be ready by June 2, 2025 , if ordered as a fully equipped space via the Exhibition Organizer.

Some services or equipment may not be available if ordered too late. Orders during installation will only be accepted if technically possible. Please note that service costs also increase with late orders.

The exhibitor independently, or with the involvement of third-party organizations, is responsible for constructing the stand.

You must contact the exhibition Organizer to obtain project approval, and then proceed to the general contractor of the Timiryazev Center Fairgrounds —ArtCapital LLC — to coordinate technical documentation and receive permission for installation work (contractor accreditation).

The following must be coordinated:

  • Stand layout and number of floors;
  • Structural and finishing materials;
  • Electrical and plumbing works;
  • Suspension of artistic decoration elements to the ceiling structures of the pavilion.

Please note: coordination of technical documentation is a paid procedure.

Single-use vehicle passes are required to enter the exhibition complex for importing/exporting exhibits and equipment (only for goods not passing customs clearance).

The participant must issue the pass in the Personal Account the day before arrival.

Additional deliveries are allowed from:

  • 08:00 to 09:30
  • or from 18:15 to 19:30

Manual transport of exhibits and office equipment is allowed. It is prohibited to carry cargo, equipment, and exhibits on carts or pallet trucks through the registration zone and revolving doors.

All exhibits must be delivered no later than 19:00 on the last day of setup — June 2, 2025 .

On June 2, 2025, by 18:00, all cargo (exhibits) must be unpacked, and empty packaging, leftover construction materials, and stand structures must be removed from the pavilion and the exhibition grounds.

Import and export are carried out using passes issued in the Personal Account.
It is not allowed for other individuals to be present in the vehicle. To enter the territory, they must have an exhibition participant badge and go through the main entrance.

Vehicles can only be parked at designated guest parking areas and loading/unloading zones near the Vavilov and Chayanov halls.

  • Passenger car: 1 hour
  • Load capacity up to 5 tons: 2 hours
  • Load capacity over 5 tons: 3 hours

No, overnight parking of passenger vehicles on the fairground territory is prohibited.

Agree in advance with the contractor, transport agent, and suppliers the order of unloading, re-loading, removal of equipment and waste from the pavilions.

No, storage of packaging on the stand is prohibited due to fire safety regulations.

Packaging must be removed from the exhibition grounds by the participants themselves during the event. There are no storage facilities for packaging on the exhibition grounds.

No, retail sale of exhibits and samples from the stand is prohibited during the exhibition. Those guilty of violating this rule may be brought to administrative responsibility and will be excluded from the list of potential participants in all exhibitions held on the territory of the Timiryazev Center Fairgrounds.

The sound level must not exceed 65 dB at the boundary with adjacent or directly facing stands. Violation of sanitary noise regulations incurs a fine of 20,000 RUB per incident (excluding VAT). If sound events are planned, they must be coordinated with the exhibition organizers in advance.

The exhibition is placed under security surveillance from 20:00 to 08:00 the following day during mointing, operation, and dismantling. From 08:00 to 20:00, the exhibitor is responsible for the safety of their exhibits. Do not leave valuables, documents, or money unattended. It is recommended to order personal security services or ensure staff presence at the stand.

Requests for personal security during morning (08:00–10:00) or evening (18:00–20:00) hours should be submitted through the Technical Service (Form No. 8).

Cleaning of aisles (removal of small construction debris) takes place daily during mounting, operation, and dismantling of the exhibition, as well as every morning before opening to visitors. Garbage left in front of the stand the previous day must be packed in plastic bags.

No, stand cleaning is not included in the rental price. The exhibitor is responsible for keeping the stand clean.

Stand cleaning can be pre-ordered through the Technical Service (Form No. 8).

Distribution of promotional materials and other forms of advertising activity are only permitted within the exhibitor’s own stand area. Installation of advertising structures (banners, flags, billboards, etc.) in walkways, on floors, walls, or other parts of the pavilion is prohibited without prior permission from the exhibition organizers.

Installation of advertising structures or use of promotional personnel is only permitted upon prior coordination and ordering of advertising services from the exhibition Organizer.
