The exhibition will take place from 26–28 May 2026 at Timiryazev Center Exhibition Complex, located at: 6/1, Verkhnyaya Alleya, Moscow, Halls Vavilov and Chayanov. The nearest metro station is Petrovsko-Razumovskaya, Exit 5. Entry is via the Registration Zone on Verkhnyaya Alleya side throughout the entire exhibition period, including setup/dismantling days (23–29 May 2026).

1. For exhibitors: 26–27 May: 08:00–20:00; 28 May: 08:00–20:00
2. For visitors: 26–27 May: 10:00–18:00; 28 May: 10:00–16:00

1. Setup: 23–25 May, 08:00–20:00. All aisles must be cleared of packaging and exhibits by 16:00 on 25 May.
2. Dismantling: 28 May: 16:00–20:00; 29 May: 08:00–20:00.  

Unpacked cargo will be removed or stored at the exhibitor’s expense. It may be retrieved no earlier than 18:00 on the first day of the exhibition.

Free parking for vehicles up to 10 tons is available at the guest parking lot across the street from the Exhibition Complex. Operating hours: 08:00–20:00. Overnight parking on the premises of LLC “VC Timiryazev Center” is strictly prohibited.

Entry of motorcycles, scooters, taxis, and car-sharing vehicles onto the Timiryazev Center territory is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 

All accounting documents (acts, invoices) are generated after the exhibition and sent to the email address provided during registration. Originals can be collected at the organizer’s office (Vavilov Pavilion) or requested via courier delivery.

Only an authorized representative holding a power of attorney. A sample power of attorney is available in Form No. 12 of the Technical Guidelines. The document must be prepared in two copies on company letterhead, including a specimen signature and company stamp.

The rear side of the booth must have a neutral finish. Standard structural elements may not be used as the rear surface – all visible parts must be covered with opaque white material (changes possible only with written consent from neighboring exhibitors).

  1. Voltage: 220 V (lighting) / 380 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz (power network)
  2. Cable to distribution board: 5-wire for 380 V, 3-wire for 220 V
  3. Each booth must have a distribution board with RCD and overcurrent protection

Yes, but mandatory approval is required (Form No. 7). Prohibited:  

  1. Using Truss, Joker, IMLIGHT T-series, MERO systems or similar lock-joint structures 
  2. Mounting additional equipment onto already suspended structures 
  3. Using suspended structures to secure other elements  
  4. Performing suspension work during exhibition days 

Mandatory:  

  1. Light fixtures must be secured with metal safety cables (reflected in drawings) 
  2. Warranty letter from exhibitor confirming structural reliability  
  3. Application submitted no later than 26 April 2026   

Yes, but in limited volume and only with written consent from the organizer. Application + drawings must be submitted no later than 10 weeks before setup. All load-bearing structures must be made of materials with limited flammability.

  1. All combustible materials must be treated with fire-retardant compounds and have fire safety certificates  
  2. Carpet coverings must be made of materials with limited flammability and securely fixed around the perimeter  
  3. Prohibited: storing combustible waste on the booth, using spray guns and nitro-varnishes, painting with flammable paints  
  4. Welding, soldering, grinding – only upon written request, with work area cordoned off and fire extinguishing equipment present  

Only laminated safety glass is permitted. Edges must be processed or protected against injury. Glass components must be marked at eye level.

Balloons filled with flammable gas are prohibited. Balloons with safe gas are available for use only after written approval from the organizer.

Carpets must be securely fixed around the perimeter and at seams. Only residue-free tapes are permitted for attachment. Painting or sticking materials to the pavilion floor is prohibited.

Prohibited:  

  1. Drilling holes in the floor, installing foundations or anchors 
  2. Running cables through the floor
  3. Painting or applying adhesives to pavilion floors/walls  

Walls and furniture must not be damaged by drilling, staples, cuts, or aggressive adhesive tapes. Otherwise, the exhibitor will be invoiced (e.g., damage to a wall panel – RUB 7,000).

Via the Exhibitor Personal Account. Required details: license plate, vehicle make, driver’s full name, date and time slot for entry. Allowance: 2 vehicle passes per company.

Time allowance is calculated based on booth area and cargo volume:

  1. Passenger vehicle – 1 hour 
  2. 1–5 tons – 2 hours  
  3. 5–9 tons – 3 hours

Exact allowances are specified in the Personal Account. Exceeding the allotted time incurs additional charges.  

Storage of packaging on the booth is prohibited. Empty packaging must be immediately removed by the exhibition’s official freight forwarder – LLC “DMV EXPO” (+7 (977) 260-93-51) – to designated areas.

No. Only equipment operated by the official freight forwarder is permitted on the exhibition grounds. 

No. Entry of vehicles equipped with manipulators for loading/unloading is prohibited. Loading/unloading operations using lifting equipment are performed exclusively by specialists from LLC “DMV EXPO” and must be ordered separately.  

Such exhibits must be approved by the organizer no later than 26 April 2026 (Form No. 5). If delivery of an unapproved exhibit obstructs setup of neighboring booths, the owner may be issued an additional invoice.

No more than 65 dB(A) at the booth boundary. Equipment demonstrations and audio-visual presentations must be limited in consideration of other exhibitors and visitors. Violation incurs a fine of RUB 20,000 (excluding VAT). 

Photo and video recording of exhibits in pavilions and outdoor areas is prohibited without written permission from the rights holder. The organizer reserves the right to use images for its own publications. 

Retail sales and handing over purchases to visitors on the exhibition grounds are prohibited. Only contract signing and order acceptance are permitted. 

Advertising boards and A-frames – only within booth boundaries. Promotional activities outside the booth are possible only after obtaining permission and payment.  

Primary responsibility lies with the exhibitor. Additional overnight security (20:00–08:00) can be ordered from the organizer (Form No. 8).  

  1. Exhibits and machinery must not pose a threat to staff or visitors
  2. Operation of machinery is permitted only with protective devices in place  
  3. The organizer reserves the right to prohibit equipment operation if it poses a risk to people  

Yes. During exhibition hours, sufficient staff must be present at the booth to provide information to visitors.  

  1. Cleaning of common aisles – daily, by the organizer 
  2. Cleaning inside the booth – at exhibitor’s expense (paid service available, Form No. 8)    
  3. Waste must be removed daily after exhibition closing to designated disposal areas  

Containers with combustible waste are prohibited on the booth. Waste must be removed each evening after exhibition closing to designated disposal areas.  

The booth must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage to walls, floor, ceiling, or equipment will be repaired at the exhibitor’s expense.  

Installation of personal routers is prohibited. Internet access is provided exclusively by the organizer upon request (Form No. 10). When ordering, user passport details must be provided.  

For safety reasons, power supply is disconnected 1 hour after pavilion closing. For 24/7 power (refrigerators, fax machines), a special 24h socket must be ordered (Form No. 6a). 

Immediately notify the exhibition management. The organizer is not liable for losses resulting from utility supply interruptions.
